Believe it or not, my annual dental cleanup and my annual physical were both scheduled for the same day?! What are the odds of that... anyway I have a 4:30 physical today.
Been fasting since last night for the various blood tests, can't say that's a lot of fun. Hopefully all this health crap we've been doing for the kids is paying off...

September 6, 2011! It was also my pre-conception check-up, so I haven't had a physical since then, but I've certainly been to the doctor a lot since then!

October of 2011. I was scheduled to have one this month now that I've delivered the baby but my doctor is on maternity leave! So I got rescheduled for May.

Honestly, unless you count my OB and annual well-woman GYN appointments, I never have a physical. I only go to the doctor if I'm feeling bad.

Last month. I go once a year for a physical and to renew prescriptions.

I got mine october last year i think. Except I am SO horrible at getting my blood done. It's not done at the same place and I have to make ANOTHER appointment which just seems like so much work. So I never do, and my doctor gives me shit for it.
I'll be getting lots of bloodwork and physicals soon anyway for baby stuff.
