I have no idea. The last time I remember for sure was in Morocco in 2006!

Yesterday. I live in Vienna, so I took the u-bahn to have lunch with DH. For a non-public transit train we took the train to Budapest last month. Oh the joys of living in Europe! Travel by train is by far my favorite mode of transportation.

I took the light rail and the monorail in January while showing an out of town guest Seattle. Light rail into downtown is way better than trying to find parking.
Before that, I took Amtrak between Seattle and Portland a couple of times last year. I wasn't getting enough sleep at that pt to feel safe driving. It ended up being my favorite way to travel with a young infant. You can change diapers when you need to, buy food & eat when you need to, nurse when you need to. No stopping for parking to do that stuff like with driving. And it took anout as long as driving. No need to go through security or deal with other airport annoyances. It was great.
