We met during a drunk weekend in 2001 celebrating our friends getting married. I don't recall being attracted to him at the time but I do remember enjoying listening to him talk and enjoyed conversations with him. It wasn't until 2 years later when we started dating that I considered he could be it.

I'd been on something like 50 terrible dates in a row (I was counting) prior to meeting him and knew within 10 minutes it had major potential. Although that was after weeks of mutual friends dragging me to go on a date with him and i kept refusing. See: prior 50 dates for reference.

I dont know if I thought about "marriage" specifically but I got that crazy all consuming puppy love feeling and I knew it was serious.

When I first met my DH, I was dating someone else so I didn't see him in "that way" at all. A few years later when we started getting to know each other better and I was single I definitely saw potential almost instantly!

I was attracted to him, most definitely. I thought he was interesting and I wanted to know more about him but marriage? I honestly never thought I would get married because I figured no one would be crazy enough to want me.

Umm. No. When we met I was living with someone else & DH was my personal trainer.... I ended up really enjoying his company & we became friends, but I wasn't looking to date at the time.

Nope. I was actually planning to date him and a few other guys.
Luckily, he kept calling me and taking up all my time and I didn't have time to see anyone else. He says he knew I was the one almost immediately within a few dates.

Yes, immediately! We were at a Halloween party and he was wearing a Roman general outfit. I saw him that first time and thought, "There's nothing I don't like there." ;P I'm still a fool for him, haha.

My husband was the hottest guy I'd ever come into contact with, and also the sweetest. I didn't initially think he was the one bc I was suspicious that he was too good to be true.

No, I was actually dating someone when I met him and I tried to set him up with my friend. We met at a bar after a Wizards basketball game. Needless to say he wasn't interested in my friend, we had a ton in common so we started talking.

Not really. We were 18, in our last semester of high school. I was a serial dater who never dated anyone more than a couple months (I would get bored) and he was a nerdy kid who had only had one girlfriend in his life. We met on a drunken Spring Break camping trip.

Ohmygosh yes. Our first date ended up at his place having drinks and staying up until 5am playing video games and watching stupid movies. We haven't spent a night apart since date 3. We moved in together 'officially' after a month. I just knew. We were both instantly comfortable and fit perfectly into each others lives.

No way. I met him randomly in a class on my first day at a new college. He was super involved in alot of campus activities & my first impression was that he was a nerd! Ha.

No, I was fresh out of another relationship and I was not looking for anyone. He was persistent so I finally gave him a chance. After our first date, I was so attracted to him & found him intriguing, however, I never thought we'd be married with a kid!

Nope, not at all. We met briefly in college, he was a friend of a friend. But I had a serious boyfriend at the time, so I didn't have eyes for anyone else.
DH and I re-met 2 years after college, just 3 weeks after I broke up with that same serious boyfriend... and I knew he was "the one" right away, the second time around. haha!

We were so young (18 and 19) and I had just gotten out of a 'serious' relationship (as serious as it could be for an 18 year old just out of high school) so I mostly considered him a sexy rebound guy and things just stuck!

I didn't even think about it! I am 6 years older and hubby was 21 at the time! I kept thinking I should set him up with my sister. We worked together and it became clear really quick that we basically could live without eachother

Nope! We were friends for years and I never thought of him as anything more than that (mainly because he's younger than I am). It took several years for us to become romantically involved. When we did, then I knew.

Yes! We both had just gotten out of serious relationships, and we were sooo open with each other because neither one of us wanted to waste time dating. We both told each other that we don't date just to date, we date to find our soul mates. Well it just so happened that by maybe....2-3 date we both knew!
Although we dated for almost 3 years before he finally popped the question! hahaahh

Actually no. We were friends before we started seeing each other and at first it was just a rebound thing (for me anyway) since I had just gotten out of a serious relationship about a week prior....
But things progressed pretty naturally and we both realized we were in it for the long haul. Ah love.

Nope! He had a girlfriend at the time and was sooooooooo shy, it was hard to talk to him! We were forced to pair up for a class project, so that's how we met, but I had no idea we'd end up together!

Nope. It was my first "casual" dating experience. I had tried a serious relationship and it didn't pan out. I was still dealing with it when I met DH. When he asked me out I was kinda like well why not, sure!
I didn't quite get that he was WAY serious and into me. Like he had already fallen in love with me!! Within the first month of dating he was talking about marriage and crap and I was like uhhhhhh STOP. It took a few months for me to consider it. It was after 5 months of dating when he met my family that I knew he was the one.
So glad I didn't set him up with my sister
