Yup, since he's fine and it's no biggie then no harm in telling him about it. If the shoe was on the other foot I would hope he tells me. I don't call or text him everytime it happens, but of we're talking and he asks how the baby has been all day I'll say something like, "You know our little crawler, he fell on his face a few times today."

I have such a hard time with secrets, I tell my husband everything! If something happened to our LO, I would probably tell him either over chat or that evening.

Yes, I will tell DH because I think it's important that he knows. And we always tell each other everything that happens with our daughter. We like the recount the day's events each evening.
