I have been looking for some inexpensive maternity shorts that aren't booty tight or that don't have a 2-inch inseam, but that also look stylish and not matronly.
I found some decent(ish) ones at Kohls last night, but I still felt like they were a bit mommish looking and they were $48. I figured I could find something cheaper?
Where did you get yours? Do you love them?

We have a nice consignment shop here that only sells brand names and good quality clothes. I bought all of my maternity clothes there.

I got mine at Kohls. They were not quite booty shorts but shorter than I would normally wear, but at that point I didn't really care

My favorite ones are the ones I've gotten from Motherhood! They hold up really well.

I was loaned a pair from Target (Liz Lange) that are OK, but they are deifnitely a little 'mom-ish'. Old Navy has lots of options online but by the time it got hot enough to want shorts, I didn't want to buy any more mat clothes. I also wear two pairs of cotton shorts I already had and they work, but if I'm not wearing a long enough shirt it's gets ugly really fast

I got mine at Motherhood. I was hesitant because I didn't really care for their clothing quality in the past, but I've really been happy with the ones I've purchased. They were inexpensive too! They also offered a variety of inseam and panel styles.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: I feel your pain! I've been on a shorts quest for a while now w/no luck. They'be all been matronly or when I've tried to order online, not avail in my size.

I got a pair of black 'Oh Mamma!' brand shorts from Zulily which are a great fit... except the button fell off the back pocket. Have to figure out how to reattach that. They are underbelly.
For jean shorts I got a pair of 'Indigo Blue' from Motherhood Maternity in the dark wash color with a full belly panel. They look good on but are more restrictive compared to the other pair I mentioned. I also got a jean skirt which has been great for work.

I got mine at Motherhood and have been surprised how well they've held up. They're actually pretty flattering.

i bought two pairs at motherhood that were "maternity" when they had buy one get one free off their clearance section online... $8 or $10 a pair?
other ones were from target, and they were NONmaternity in a bigger size!

They don't have a panel, and have adjustment buttons on the inside to allow for belly growth. I love them! I actually normally have a hard time finding shorts that I am ok wearing when I'm not pregnant so these were a nice surprise.

I "needed" a pair right before leaving for vacation and i picked up a really comfy pair at target liz lange with a full belly panel that i just fold down for 24.99

I found some inexpensive shorts at H&M. They're not the CUTEST, but they work.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: h&m has some maternity shorts very similar to those with a soft waistband. I would have bought some this weekend but they didn't have my size.
