Osh Kosh, Old Navy and Carter's!

@Mrs. Bee: I refuse to do 1 piece suits- such a pain when they have to pee

We needed one in a hurry so I got it off Amazon prime. It's a shark print from the children's place. His rashguard is also a shark, from the H&M clearance rack.

Gap and Target!

I bought LOs suit on amazon this year. It's the type with a built in swim diaper, and two piece for easy changing.

Carter's!

I bought one off Mediagirl....and i picked up a couple from Once Upon a Child and a rash guard from Walmart. Not something i put a lot of money into since they get worn out, bleached out in the pool, pilly, etc.

Old navy this year. I think we had a couple from Carters last year.

@Mamaof2: @Mrs. Bee: I was just going to ask....how does the one-piece go over with a potty trained kiddo?

My 1 year old has lots of adorable hand me downs to choose from, but I struggled finding suits for my nearly 3 year old this year. I didn't want to be wrestling her in and out of a one piece to go to the bathroom, but she's too tiny to hold up a 2T or 3T one piece. We finally bought a few sets in 18 months that seem like they're going to work because they didn't have long sleeves, so aren't obviously short on her - this is one of them from Cabana Life:

hand me downs from friends. i think they're old navy.

Costco and I'm hoping to find this one again in a size 3 or 4 for this year.

@foodnerd81: Glad the suit worked for you! I just discovered the brand and really like the style. I was hoping they'd be really functional as well.

@Mrs. Bee: Haha true on just slipping it off! Little girls have fewer curves to wriggle a suit around than us mamas

Gap and Target

Last year it was from Gap and Gilt.

Last year I got her one from snap me swimwear which was great for diaper changing especially so I could let her wear it around with regular diapers underneath before we went in the water. This year we will be potty training so I got her a tankini from target sort of on a whim last week!

She also has one from old navy and one from gymboree but I'm not sure if either of those still fit.

Land's End. I really like that their swimwear doesn't wear out, because we swim a lot and it takes a beating.

@looch: No, Costco doesn't seem to carry Carter's swimsuits. The one we had from Costco was UV Skins, and I thought the set was kind of mediocre quality for Costco. The hat had no chin strap and was too small, but I didn't know that until I had already cut the tags off, because the packaging (all those little plastic tabs!) was such that you can't try on the hat first.
