I bought curtains for the living room and kitchen from Ikea. They have a great selection!. I bought some fabric from Hancock's and made dining room curtains.

We got ours from BB&B, they are decent for the price we paid.

We got blackout curtains (in ivory) from PB and they are awesome! We did buy some curtains for the nursery from Restoration Hardware in the most beautiful shade of pink, but they're totally not blackout so I like PB's better:)

We got some from Walmart, some from Homesense, some from Burlington Coat Factory. I need new ones for the main floor. We bought some cheapies just to cover the windows when LO was born and I was walking around our house topless all the time

Ours are all from Target, Pottery Barn Kids, IKEA, or Meijer (cheap-o blackout curtains).

We got ours from target because they were on clearance for only $10 each and they happened to match our color scheme!
Joann's sells curtains too using their in stock fabric! But kinda spendy

Bed Bath and Beyond or JC Penney are usually my first stops. I wish I knew how to sew so I could make my own! I've looked into having someone on Etsy make me some, but they all charge about $200 for two panels, so totally out of budget for me.
