I just bought both girls a pack of socks from Target, character ones and some with cute animal faces on them. They really shrunk up and they aren't very thick. I need some basic colored socks (white/gray or solid colors) to go with nicer outfits. Where do you get socks that last/don't slip off? My girls are 2.5 and 4.

We stock up on socks at Carters and I really like them.
We've also bought socks from old navy and they're fine but not my favorite. I bought like 3 packs of plain white socks and they're quality control isn't very good - so many of them aren't the same - like slightly shorter or slightly thinner or slightly less stretchy - and they are all the same style sock. It just bugs me
We've bought them from Costco and I like those socks too but I prefer non pattern socks and most of the kids socks come in patterns.

Gap and Old Navy. We have wood floors so I need the socks to be grippy on the bottom.

Right now Bonds...those are our favorite. We bought CK ones from Amazon. We will likely buy more from Amazon since I can find the rubber grip socks people have recommended.

I buy my son Hanes brand socks from either Walmart or Kohls.

I like Gap and Carters the best. They stay soft and don't shrink too much in the wash.

Old Navy and Gap. Quality seems about the same for both.

Gap for low socks and Hanna or MiniBoden for knee socks.

Carters and Gymboree are my go-to brands, for the grippy bottoms and good quality. However, I have 2 pairs that my LO got as a gift last Christmas and they have lasted so well that I asked the giver where she got them and she told me Walmart! I'm going to try there in the future.
