We bought our washer and dryer from Best Buy - great price, service, and delivery.
Bought a refrigerator from Sears - NEVER AGAIN. Price was good, but delivery team was late, rude, and caused $$$ damage to our house. Sears was not at all willing to help.

I second @septca: on HATING Sears.
I ordered a washer from them and the day before it was due to be delivered, I hadn't gotten confirmation of delivery. I called them and they told me it was backordered and that *I* should call them once a week to find out when it was ready to ship. Uh...that's not the customer's job.
