I'm notorious for asking people for their address over and over and over again. Going to try to get better this year!
Where do you keep addresses? I'd love something digital, my traditional address book is a little dusty and people move too often!

Another Excel spreadsheet here. I kept the one from my wedding and then I do another one for Christmas cards (family and close friends.) That's the one I access most often.

I have a notebook for them. There's no particular order to it, but I know whose addressed I have in there.

I have an old fashioned address book that I got at hallmark. Most of my friends are homeowners at this point, so there are only a handful that I have to cross out a bunch

We have an excel spreadsheet on our computer that I store addresses on. It makes it SO easy to print out address labels for holidays, etc! I started it for our wedding and have been adding/changing it since then.

Also I usually just ask my sister if I need One on the fly...she usually has them memorized.

I keep everyone's addresses updated in gmail (under contacts) so I can access them at any time from my phone... and I keep an excel spreadsheet in dropbox that I pull up and update so I can quickly do a mail merge for labels!

Google Contacts. It's in my Gmail account so it's easy access.

Google contacts. I make sure to update it with moves, etc. Since I have my Gmail on my phone, I have easy access to my contacts.

Cell phone. I keep them in my Contacts Address book on my Mac, and it syncs to my cell. It's WONDERFUL.

Another google contacts user here. I finally made the switch a few months ago after using an actual address book for awhile, and then the Excel spreadsheet we used for our wedding invites. I like having access to them wherever I am.

Same as @Mrs. Jacks - a spreadsheet from our wedding that we keep adding onto. I also keep frequently used ones in my phone.

Excel spreadsheet here also.
I copy the last tab and rename it everytime I use it {Xmas cards, birthday parties, etc.} so that I always know exactly who received what since everyone on my list doesn't receive everything I mail.

I have used the apple contact list for years now, so everything is synced on my phone, iPad and laptop. So far, I have never had any problems with losing any of the info.
