When you're at home, where is your infant car seat? Is it in your car or in your house? Does it depend if baby was sleeping or not when you got home?

Most of the time LO wasn't sleeping by the time we got home so we would just leave it in the car. But if she was sleeping, then we would have brought it inside.

We usually brought it in and stuck it in the stroller. It was nice having it inside if I needed to put her down for a second.

We usually brought the seat up with us. Even if the baby was awake, it's such a pain to take an infant out of the car seat.

Ok, maybe I lied. Perhaps we did take it out of the car. Dood, I totally forgot already!!!!

Right now, it's in the pack n play -- which only reinforces how little we *use* the PnP anymore.

We have a spot in her room that we would set it down if we brought it in the house. The dog isn't allowed in her room so it was a safe spot so it didn't get covered in dog hair.

We're still carrying it inside the house, but as he's getting heavier, we might end up leaving the seat in the car. Inside the house I place it on the floor or a chair near the garage.
