In the crib almost exclusively - occasionally in the car if need be. He's 7 months.

When LO was that little, she either napped in my arms or in her car seat as I drove around.

@mrsjyw: 6 weeks already?! Wow....
LO is almost 4 months old and usually naps in her crib but occasionally will nap by me on the couch or in her swing.

He's 9 months and he naps in his crib. He generally napped in his swing until he was 3 months old.
If we aren't home or if he's especially cranky he'll nap while I wear him in a sling or a wrap, too.

She is almost 10 months and naps in her crib. She didn't start using her crib until she was about 6 months old

LO is 6 months now and has been napping in his crib since about 2.5 months old. Before that he took some naps in his swing, in the pack n'play bassinet or on me if I wore him in the Ergo.

He's 10 wks and naps either in the swing, in his crib, or in the carrier/stroller while we're out.

I transitioned to the crib when LO was 2 weeks old. Prior to that he was sleeping in the newborn napper of his pack 'n play. He is now 20 months old and still naps in his crib and occasionally in the car.

I forgot to mention that LO is now almost 17 months and naps in her crib.

LO is 8 months, she naps in her pack and play, our bed, or my arms (I know I spoil her) we are trying to get her to do one nap in the crib--with lots of crying.

10 months and naps in the crib.
At 6 weeks he was napping in my arms on occasion, but at that point I was starting to transition him to nap on his own. He napped on our bed from 6 weeks-3.5 months, then he moved to his crib.

At 6 weeks, she was napping either in the swing or in my arms. Now, at 10 months, she typically naps in her crib although there are days when we are out where she will nap on me in the Ergo.

eek i'm bad! she's just 3 months and usually naps in my arms. she isn't reliant though - I just like to snuggle with her
she'll nap in the carseat or in the swing, won't usually fall asleep in the bouncer and occasionally will pass out in the PNP.

At 9mths old LO naps in her crib. But at 6 weeks she loved napping in her swing.

At 8.5 months she will only nap in her crib. She will only fall asleep in the car if we are out and i didn't time things properly. I prefer that she sleep in the crib because she will only sleep for 45 minutes max in the car seat.
At 6 weeks she was either sleeping in our arms or the swing. I think it was around the 8 week mark i started trying one nap in the bassinet. My in-laws always wanted to hold her to sleep (they were with us for 3 weeks when she was 1 month old) and it frustrated me because she began to sleep horribly at night! I was so glad that they left so i could start practicing better sleep habits.

21 months naps in her twin floor bed. She rarely naps these days though
10 day old naps in his pnp, our bed, in our arms.

She napped in her swing, bouncer or bassinet (rare) until 3 months. Then we started having her nap in her crib.

8 months old and she naps only in the crib...
Unless I'm desperate. Then it's in bed with me

Arms or next to me on the couch or moses basket until about 4 months, then I started nursing her to sleep on her floorbed for naps.

From birth till 3 months in pnp or swing. 3 mths till 5.5 in bed with me for morning nap then crib for other naps. After 6 mths, she naps in her crib only.

Learn from my mistake and break the need to nap in the swing earlier, rather than later!!! At almost a year we are still working to get him to nap in the crib. He will instantly fall asleep in the swing, car, or my arms- but not the crib. Funny thing is bedtime isn't a problem, just nap time!

H is 3.5 weeks and she mostly naps in her crib (sleeps there too). Sometimes she naps in the Snugabunny swing or the Snugabunny chair but she seems to sleep the best/longest in her crib so we've been going with that.
We actually hadn't planned on using the crib so soon...I had bought the jolly jumper stand for the UBV bassinet and thought we'd use that but she basically refuses to sleep in it for longer than 5 mins. So we moved her to the crib and that's going much better!

My LO is 20 months and naps in the crib. If we are out for a long time he may crash in the stroller or car seat.
His first year, though, he spent a good amount of time napping in the swing. I definitely should have taught him to crib nap sooner because it was such a life changer when I finally did!

10w and anywhere he falls asleep is where he naps! If I need him to nap for a long time (more than 45mins) then i'll swaddle him and put him in his crib. He can do a good 2 hour naps if he's in his crib...because that's exclusively where he sleeps at night (since 4 weeks) so he knows that it is "serious sleep time" when he's in the crib:) It is also dark and silent in there, so that helps.

She napped in the swing until she was about 4 months. It's been the crib (or carseat/stroller) since then.
