I only work at the office a few times a week but I want to upgrade my work wardrobe when I go back after maternity leave!

For pants, I like Gap.. you can always buy them at a discount. For other stuff I like JCrew.

I love The Limited. They were the only place I found that had pants long enough off the rack, and shirts that had room for boobs (so I could buy the shirt that fit my waist and it would still button!). Plus, they have great sales.

Loft, cute and stylish but not super expensive. Ready to fit back in regular clothes.

Banana Republic is always a fave, and The Bay (Canadian Dept Store) has nice high quality stuff.

Ann Taylor
LOFT <----- these two stores I shop at the outlet mall as they're either cheaper or offer better sales.
Calvin Klein <---- also shop at the outlet
Banana Republic <---- okay.... I only ever shop outlets hahaha.

I usually shopped at department stores like Macys, mainly in the clearance racks to get good deals. I rarely pay full price for clothes

@MsLipGloss: LOVE WHBM!! just a little expensive for me.

I might sound like a real cheap-o for saying this, but I always find my favorite work pants at Goodwill/thrift shops!

@MsLipGloss: My Favorite!!
@Mrs. Pen: They have an outlet store, and I LOVE it
If I can't find it at WHBM I go to Ann Taylor Loft, or Jcrew.
Of course I only shop at the outlets, and since I worked retail in highschool and know that EVERYTHING gets marked down I cringe at paying full retail. Ebay and I are good friends too

@MrsBrewer: me too, sister... I've been thrifting before Macklemore made it cool.

@MrsBrewer: +1 . If I need dress pants/pencil skirts/nice stuff, I sift through the thrift stores! Always find quality stuff at a steal price

@HabesBabe: @Dapple Grey: Yay! Glad I'm not alone! I mean seriously. I found a pair of dress pants there from Lane Byrant (I'm like a size 16-18 so finding my size is hard the way it is!) but at Lane Bryant it's normally $50-70 for pants. At Goodwill? $5! And they were in perfect condition. In fact I'm wearing them today

@StbHisMrs: @MrsPen: WHBM has great sales. I regularly scan the sale tab and avoid paying full pop when I can.

Gap slacks fit me funny (I have wider hips/skinny legs) and I'm cheap. Honestly, I go for Maurice's but I think it's mainly a midwest shop and a lot of it is geared towards juniors but they have nice fitting slacks. For shirts I generally go to Nordstrom Rack Room, Gap Outlet and Banana Republic Outlet.
