I'm currently prowling 6pm.com, zappos, piperlime, sale/clearance section of the brands and overstock.
Any other site I'm missing?

Are you opposed to going into stores or do you only want online? I go to Marshalls.

Outlet stores we love the Nike toddler shoes especially their SMS.

I ended up getting Wagon Jr.'s pedipeds off of Amazon! We found them in a store and looked them up on Amazon on my phone and they were 50% off!

I've gotten shoes off of shoebuy.com - they often have coupons.
And for sportier shoes, try sierratradingpost.com. Their stuff is probably from previous seasons so they're cheaper and often have extra 30% on all their stuff throughout the year.
