I usually keep it on the right setting.
When I'm washing the sink I'll switch it to the left.

Our sprayer is a separate little guy... not part of the regular faucet. If it was a setting on our faucet I think I'd use the spray setting all the time!

DH always has it set to the left one, and I always switch it to the right one, and we continue to piss each other off by doing so.

I haaaaate the left. Every time i visit my parents they always have it on the left and i get water everywhere!!
I only use the left when i'm rinsing veggies/fruit.
Everything else gets the right.
