Great selection! Camille was my pick if we had a girl, so I went with that one. I also like Colette.

Madeleine was our top choice if we had a girl for both pregnancies.

I love Emma, it's what we call DD, but since it's so popular right now we gave her the name Emmalyn, which I equally love.
Other options would be Emmarie, Emmaline, Emmalee. -
@erinbaderin: I really do love Madeleine, but I worry about the whole spelling pronunciation thing. I am also not a huge fan of the nickname Maddy.
