I don't think you could go wrong with either! I prefer Hudson William a little.

Both are great names but I vote for Hudson. It's not as common as Jacob.

I like Jacob bc it is more traditional. Not a fan of Hudson. Sounds more trendy.

I agree about flow with Jacob and I have always loved that name but DH is kind of meh about it. Hudson though has sentimental meaning for me as I grew up in the beautiful Hudson Valley and miss it terribly.

@travellingbee: I like both, but voted for Jacob because it flowed better. However, based on your update, I'd go with Hudson. I love names that mean something to people!
