I like the anchor, it has a bit more 'umph' to it since it's a little thicker, yet still dainty.

I like the sentiments that are included with the anchor. Plus and anchor is a little more unique as opposed to the bow which I see everywhere in jewelry.

They are both darling!! I like the anchor, but I'm a bit bias as I was a Delta Gamma (it was our "mascot") when I was in undergrad.

i like the bow, but the anchor is also super cute and would be great to symbolize your BABY BOY!~

As long as it fits your friend's style, I'd vote for the bow because:
1) the proportion makes more sense for a bow - I feel like I'm more likely to see a tiny bow on a necklace than an anchor, and 2) anchors are really cute but also a bit more trendy so the bow might be wearable for longer.

I like both, but I prefer the sentiments that are included with the anchor card. Plus the anchor necklace is really cute.
