I’m not voting bc I️ think I️t depends on the kid. DD1 was a piece of cake 2 & 3 year old, but has been a really challenging kid to parent in late 4’s/early 5’s.
DD2 is much more of a “threenager”, and DD3 has been throwing some almost hilariously epic tantrums at 13 months!! I sincerely hope the kids who do I earlier get it out of their system sooner!

4 has be hard for us over here. 2 was a dream, there were some tantrums at 3, but 4 has been epic. It gets easier, right?

Oh no, you mean ages! I was hoping you meant number of kids. Three has been tough (compared to two, anyway) - I was hoping four would be easier!

Four was pretty awful. 5 has gotten better. There's a lot of attitude, but it's miles different from 4 years old.

3 almost killed me with my oldest. She still has tough times with 4 but it’s not constant and she is getting a better grip of her emotions.

I think it depends on the kids. My oldest is a pretty easy kid so nothing has been too bad. My middle has been difficult since about 18 months and still is at 3.5.

3 was by far the worst with my now almost 6yo girl. I have heard boys tend to be harder a little older so I’ll be interested to see with my second how true it is for us.

I don’t even know. They have been really, really hard. Fingers crossed five is easier?

I would say 3 was more difficult but 4 wasn't easy either! 5 has been much better though.

Maybe I'm counting my eggs before they hatch but 20 days into 4 and it's looking better (a week into 3 was when she turned into a threenager so at least I have history to fall back on). I have to say that the easiest stage I think is 12 or 15 months - 2.5 years. I'm realizing I have a hard time dealing with real human beings (read: anyone over 3).
