I'm not a risotto fan so I voted for lasagna. I am working today and will therefore be making whatever is easy and quick when I get home tonight. Nothing fancy, that's for sure!

I love me some lasagna, but I like butternut squash in risotto better. I don't like mushrooms, so I pretended it was just squash

Also, I have no idea what I'm having for dinner. I was thinking butternut squash mac and cheese, but we may mix it up and do risotto, because that sounds awesome

Something without mushrooms. lol

But I'd take lasagna over risotto in general.

But seriously, if those are your menu choices, your DH is a lucky SOB (uh, I know he is a lovely man, but SOB had the impact I was looking for). Ah-may-zing!

I chose lasagna just because I've made risotto and it took FOREVER and I currently don't have the time or patience for it.

I don't like lasagna so I vote for the orzo risotto.

Ok, so I voted lasagna because risotto is such a PIA to make and it never turns out right for me. But then I realized you wrote orzo risotto, which I imagine is 700 times easier than real risotto and easier than lasagna. Therefore, armed with that new knowledge, that would be my choice.

Risotto! Especially if it's topped off with a little truffle oil-yum!
