What is this ? It doesn't seem to bother him and I see nothing on feet or hands. It's white in the center. He just cut a tooth in that area - maybe related?

That's what thrush looked like in Hyla's mouth. I really hope you don't have it!

My son got a white spot on his gums, which turned kind of grey, right before he cut a tooth in that spot. Apparently sometimes babies get a kind of blister right before a tooth comes through.
