This is the first Easter where DD is old enough to really get into the festivities and DH wants to have the basket come from us (I guess his family did it that way) and the hidden eggs to be from the Easter bunny. When I was growing up the Easter bunny did both!

Team bunny. Our bunny even knows not to come to our house (we typically are out of town for Easter).

The family (mommy, daddy, grandparents). Its to symbolize the gift of eternal life that we get through Christ's resurrection.

Just us...DD1 has never asked and it's never occurred to me to say the Easter bunny? If she asks I would say nana and papa did or we did. But I also never did Easter bunny growing up...

orthodox easter falls a few weeks later, so we don't do the easter bunny stuff. my mum and mil will bring eggs for 'chocolate easter', but we will celebrate with red eggs later.

Us. I'm always the odd one out of these - it doesn't occur to me that it would be from the Easter bunny since my family never said that sort of thing growing.

I didn't grow up with Easter but DH did so I let him decide. According to him, mommy and daddy bring the basket and hide the eggs. The bunny is just a mascot and not "real."

She's not old enough yet to understand, but probably will be a mystery/us. But, we are likely not doing full blown Santa either so. We will take her lead and see where it goes I guess...

We'll probably do both from Easter bunny, since that's what we grew up with. Easter baskets were also hidden in my family, and I'll definitely continue that. Going on a search for my basket was always the most exciting part!
