Hmmm....I really don't like their style but my mom does a better job at picking out clothes for LO! My mom picks more basic pieces while my MIL likes frilly stuff!
Who buys cuter clothes for your LOs? Your MIL or mom?

My mom hasn't bought any clothes for LO, so MIL wins by default - but she also picks out cute stuff!

Neither one really buys clothes much so it's hard to say but my mom knows my style.

My mom for sure!! My MIL is hit or miss. Sometimes she buys cute stuff, sometimes it's SO bad that it's not even funny. She bought my son cropped jeggings that had a fuzzy tail on the butt. Ummm. ok?

@Andrea: hahaha
For us, I'd say neither. My mom believes babies should be dressed in super bright clothing, which I don't really always care for. My MIL likes the clothes with words on them like 'Daddy's Little Princess'. Not me.

My MIL hasn't bought any clothes for LO yet, so my Mom wins (LOL) she has mostly bought shoes though, my Mom loves the little boy shoes!

I don't have a MIL but between FIL and my mom, FIL wins. He buys the designer duds!

Definitely my mom! My MIL loves to buy clothes that aren't weather appropriate. Over the summer, she gave us some thick, long-sleeved shirts for DS. It was around 110 degrees in Kansas and we were getting ready to move to Hawaii. She also likes to go to places like dollar general and give us junk from there. Ughhhhhhhhh.

MIL hasn't bought anything yet, but my mom picks out things I really don't love! I feel like God is going to strike me down for saying that- because it's so sweet of her to get DD anything at all, but she sends me boxes of clothes from garage sales and I'm just not. into. them. I'm super picky about H's clothes!!!

@banana: LMAO! Ok you win so far! Hahah!
Well, my MIL has only bought 2 pieces of clothing from Asia so far. But based on history w/our nephews, my mom wins hands down! My mom has only been shopping with me so far but she picks stuff a lot cuter than my MIL. Strange though because MIL is a lot more fashionable than my mom.

My mom doesn't really buy her clothes. She knows she doesn't need any. I know she has good taste though and would get cute things. My mil buys her clothes and they're all adorable.

My MIL buys a lot of cute things for LO...She buys clothes and books for LO. My mom/parents don't buy her things like that - they wait until major gift-giving times and ask us what sort of things we might need/want and they gift us with those thing. I don't mind!

Both do. MIL buys more clothes for LO but my Mom knows what I like LO to wear, and MIL just buys what she thinks is cute, and usually I do not.

Well, MIL doesn't buy her any clothes (I think she's scared of me) and my mom buys semi-ridiculous stuff (she now has three pairs of faux uggs). So neither?

My MIL doesn't buy her clothes, so, by default, my Mom.

My MIL buys tons of clothes for DD. They're usually not really my style, but I can find plenty of pieces to work with in there. There are usually only a few pieces that I turn right over to GoodWill. My mother has great bay style, but she never buys DD any clothes. Makes me a little bummed b/c I know my mom loves the nicer baby brands that I do -- Hanna Anderson, Boden, etc.

Oddly enough my Dad buys the best clothes for LO. My Mom hasn't gotten her anything yet...neither has MIL, but my extended family thinks I'm giving birth to Snooki's baby - everything was hot pink, sparkly and/or animal print - sooooooo not my style. It all went back.

I'd have to say my mom. My MIL has only bought LO a teether thus far. And it was from the dollar store.

Oh I know my mom will. Considering my mil wore some dirty, skimpy sundress and 6inch velvet stripper heels to my wedding...
