LO always cries for me when she is hurt or sad. I can't even think of one time where she has called for DH. Even if she is with him she is calling for mommy! It's odd though because she finds a lot of comfort in DH.
Who does your LO cry for when they are hurt?

Always me. She always wants to be with Dan when he's home. She asks about him all day while he's at work. But as soon as she's sad or hurt she always calls for me. If I'm around she won't let anyone else console her.

DS (18 months) will go to either of us. Just depends on who is in the room at the time.

she goes back and forth, honestly. usually for whoever *isn't* holding her that moment.

Me. Which was super heartbreaking when he was getting stitches this morning

LO will go to either of us. We each spend a pretty equal amount of time with him, so he goes back and forth on his preference of the day, but will go to either one of us if he's hurt.

Me. She's happy to go to dh to be comforted/cuddled, but will always want to come to me afterwards.

Neither, really! It's weird, she come to find one of us after she has hurt herself, but then when we say "do you want a hug?" she shakes her head and pushes us away

me always. even when he is not really hurt and just thinks he might be. like he will walk and sort of bump into something, he will automatically say "mommy hug" and then keep going like nothing happened.
