Who gets home from work first? You or your SO?
For us, it varies. Most of the time DH does, but sometimes I pull a morning shift at work and get home before him.

Hubs used to, but now that I leave work earlier to pick up Xander from daycare, I usually get home first!

Me! I pick up M at school and we get back to the house around 5. My husband gets home around 6/6:30.

My husband works nights... so I don't know how to answer!

For the most part he and LO get home first around 6:15/20 and I get in by 6:30/45.

Some days I am not home until 2 a.m., so I kinda get what you are saying!

Usually my H because I work 1 pm to 9 pm. He gets home after me on game nights, though (he works for a pro sports team).

Dh. He works at 6am, so he's almost always off first.

I'm always home first. DH comes home sometime between 7 p.m. - midnight.. it depends

@littlek: he hates it!!! He's only been doing it for a couple months. We moved for my job, and there are not many options around here for him

@yellowbird: That's a hard schedule. I have several days a week where DH works 9 a.m.-6 a.m. (but leaves for work at 8) while I work 2 p.m. to 12 a.m. We just don't see each other on those days. It makes the days where I work mornings so much nicer.

It's pretty close to a tie. I say he has a shorter commute so he has to pick DD up from daycare!

Depends on who picks M up. 99% of the time I do so he's home first. Soon enough, I will always get home first. Can.Not.Wait for shorter commute!

Me, always. I get home around 4-4:30 and DH gets home after 6 (which is bedtime). I feel like a single parent a lot.

He does, but come Monday I will be part time and beating him by 1/2 hour to 40 mins!

Always me. I leave later and get home earlier than DH
Some days I am not home until 2 a.m., so I kinda get what you are saying!
