Growing up, was your mom or your dad the more dominant figure? My mom was, and still is, very much used to letting others make decisions for her. My dad was much more dominant than she was, but he wasn't a bully.

Do you see a similar dynamic in your relationship? I think Hubs and I are way more balanced than they were.
