Who did you/are you planning on inviting to your LO's first birthday party?

Best friend and her daughter, FIL, my mom (might be in china though, she was when he was born), sister (although she'll probably flake)...nothing huge.

It's hard to figure out a cut off...we have a lot of close family. I guess we will cross that bridge when we get there.

We would probably have a few of her baby friends, our friends, and close family. She did great at our our Christmas party so I'm sure she will be fine with a number of people for her one year.

Parents, in-laws, my bff and her family...about it. Maybe I could convince my younger brother.

We had family and close friends. Ended up being about 25 people.

We invited our parents, grandparents, and siblings and then a few of our close friends. I think it will end up being about 20 people.

Everyone except my mom is local. We will invte my mom, dad, brother, MIL, FIL, DH's brothers and sisters, and Godparents. If people decline we would undestand b/c hopping on a plane or driving 4 or 10 or 17 hours is alot to ask for.

We don't live near family, so out of all of those people, only my parents will come. We will invite friends and their kids too.

My LO isn't even here yet, but we'll probably invite immediate family and our closest friends (many have children too).

Our's will be family and close friends (even the ones that don't have kids). DH and I like to have people over.

Probably family and a few friends. She doesn't really have baby friends yet but even if she did, her first birthday party will be where our family lives two hours away. If she does develop some friends and we make more, we might do something small where we live too.

I'll probably invite just family, but my dh and I both have a lot of family that's local, so it'll be big enough without adding friends and their kids to it!

DS and DD birthdays' are 18 days apart, so we are having a combined first and third birthday. Therefor it will be pretty big, since a three year old has a pretty extensive list of baby friends. I think there will be about 40 people when all is said and done. But that includes parents and I'm assuming each kid comes with two parents, and I'm not including babies younger than the age of 6 months.
Ironically we have no family close, so no family will be there

Just our families...which is 23 people. If we invited all of our friends and LO's "friends" it would just get way out of control!
