Both of us! DH listens to NPR on the way to work, and I read news sites throughout the day. We always watch the news together at dinner and talk about it. I'm actually really glad he pays attention to current events because I love to talk with him about things!

DH definitely is in terms of world news, politics, etc. BUT I know way more about pop culture news (ie the important stuff)

Definitely DH - he needs to keep up with current events (especially political news in the US) as part of his job and he checks several serious news/political blogs on a daily basis, along with the news-news: NPR, BBC, NYT, etc.
I listen to NPR almost every day and check MSNBC/NYT often during the day.

I work in news so....me, haha. But DH knows more sports-related news because he works in sports

DH all the way. He loves politics and international stuff. I'm dumbfounded by all the stuff he knows. I started listening to NPR on my commute but it seems like I always catch an interview with an author or something really random and not current events.

We're both up to date but DH needs to be for his job and I try to keep the tv, etc off during the day while I'm home with M.

Most of the time I am since I'm an NPR junkie. My husband occasionally surprises me when he has the time to read the NY Times on his phone.

Me. I love NPR, and read the news online as well. DH hears everything from me or from people at work.

DH for sure. He often starts a conversation with me with "you know such and such situation..." and I say "nope", then he is all outraged - "how can you not have heard about it, its all over the news??. But unless the news is blaring out of our baby's butt, where exactly am I going to hear it?!
