On the show right now, still alive, Derek is the hottest IMO. Jackson is too pretty boy and I don't think Owen is cute at all. I also voted for Mark too. 
Wish he was still on the show. I really don't think anyone is all that hot. I think they need to get some new hot guys on there.

@mrskc: I know how you feel. I'm not even caught up yet but my original favorites are starting to lose their luster for me. I used to absolutely love Derek but I've now moved on to Mark. Probably because of the storylines... Derek's story is a little boring now and Mark is so vulnerable and adorable. Plus he looks like Blake Shelton who I love.
That being said, I voted FOUR times! haha. I had a thing for Burke for a while. And I also voted for Jackson even though his lisp annoys me.

DH looks like a young McDreamy so he def has my vote. But Avery is up there too. I want Avery and Yang to get together, I think they have good chemistry when they interact, which isn't very often - I don't get her and Owen.
