I think my brother is the tallest on my side at 5'6".
DH's oldest brother is the tallest on his side at 6 feet.

@Greentea: you say 5'11"‽ LOL! I'm 5'10" at the dr, maybe I should say that too! I definitely know lots of men who claim they are 5'11" or 6', who are definitely not taller than I am! Maybe I need to adjust my street height

My sister, dad, and mom are all around 5'11". BIL and FIL are both 6'3". My grandfather/uncle were both 6'6" so I'm really hoping DS gets all of these genes!

Both of my brothers are just shy of 6 feet, I'm not sure who's taller. They're the tallest in my immediate family. But most of our extended family is over or close to 6 feet. My parents are short at 5'7 and 5'4. I'm only 5'1.

@lamariniere: wow!! 6'8" is crazy! I have a coworker who is 6'10" and it's insane.

@Truth Bombs: I know, every time I see him I think he's just ridiculous! His kids are going to be giants (his wife is like 5'9). My husband is the "short" one of his brothers at 6'2.

@lamariniere: ha! Little peanut at 6'2"! M is definitely showing signs that she will be tall like her daddy. D is currently TINY. I have a total fear that he won't be big and tall like my husband and that he'll develop a complex about it. Yes, these are the things I worry about when nursing in the middle of the night.

I'm the tallest female at 5'4". My brother is 5'8ish and is the tallest in my immediate family. DH's dad is 6'2" ( both grandfathers were 6'5") and DH and his mom are both 6' even.

FIL is 6'4", and he's the tallest on both sides. DH says he's 5'9", but I'm 5'6" and am slightly taller than him in 2.5" heels, so.....
@Truth Bombs: DH does not have a complex about being so much shorter than his dad, so I think your little guy is safe. Honestly, if he does end up short and you treat it as NBD, so will he!

My Australian cousins! They're like 6'3"!

Tallness runs in my family. My brother is the only man on my dad's side of the family below 6 feet. My dad is 6'4. My other brother is over 6 feet and still growing. Luckily I didn't inherit the gene so I'm average height. My dad's cousin is like 6'8 or something crazy.
