My mom and I were pretty close....she was 22 (my dad was 23) when her first was born. I was 23 (DH was 28) when our first was born.

We were older: my parents were 21 and 27 when I was born, we were 28 and 29 with our first.

My parents were younger....AND they had tried for 8 years before adopting my brother. Man, that makes me feel like an old parent lol

My mom was 29 and my dad was 33 when I was born. I am 29 and DH is 32, and I am not pregnant yet so we will definitely both be older than my parents were.
DH's mom was 19, and his dad was 22 when he was born so we are already much older than they were. They had DH's older sister when they were 17 and 20.

We were younger...DH and I were 29 & 31 and my parents were 33 & 34.

My mom and I were the same age; 30! My dad was younger than DH since they are not as far apart as we are.

My mom and I are very similar. She had her kids at 29 and 32 and I'll be having mine at 28 and 31. However, my dad is 9 years older than my mom so he was 38 for his first and and 41 for his second.

Definitely my mother! She was 24. I was 35. When my mother was my age, I was in middle school.

I was younger. We were 28(me) and 31(DH), my parents were 30(mom) and 33(dad). DH's parents were much younger. His mom was 20 or 22 I think? And his dad was 27.

Me, but only by 2 years. We were all over 30, so no one super young in either generation!

Same! My mom and I were both 32 when we had our firsts.

My parents (28 and 30 when they had me). DH and I were 32 when we had LO.

My parents were 22 & 24 when they had their first child. DH and I were 33 and 31.

My mom was 23, my dad was 26. I was 35 and my husband was 33.
What I can't get over is that my mom had a 17 year old at my current age.

@mrbee: Absolutely my parents! My parents were turning 20 (they're a couple months a part) when they had my brother, and turning 25 when they had me.
I'm currently 26 (will be 27 soon) and DH is 30 (31 soon) and we just started NTNP.
It's amazing to think that when my parents were my age they had a 6 year old and a 1 year old. I couldn't imagine having that right now! -
I am younger then my parents were but DH is a year older.

My mom and dad were both 31 when they had me, the oldest. I was 30 when dd was born. So I was younger, but not by much.

We will be older than our parents. Mine were 30(mom) /33(dad) when I was born. I'm already 32, husband is 34. We'll be way older than his parents 20(MIL)/ 18(FIL).

My parents, by far. My mom was 21, and my dad was 24. We'll both be 29 (but turn 30 within a month if she's roughly on time). Even if our first had worked out, so that we'd been 28, that's still a decent gap. MIL and FIL were a bit older than my parents, but pretty sure they were younger than us as well.

I was a few days shy of 32 and DH was 30.
