I voted jock/nerd but it was more cheer/nerd although I ran track too! I was a smart kid who was friends with all the popular jocks. Also involved in asb!

Teacher's pet/nerd/emo. My emo side lasted only a year, though.

@mrs. wagon: hahaha, no worries, I was buddies with the nerds in high school. I married one of them.

@Mrs. High Heels: I would have never guessed!
We were considered the "nice girls" in high school. We weren't the super popular, really rich girls who were also considered snobby. We did pretty well in school, got invited to (most) parties and hung out / got along with everyone.

Definitely the "artsy geek". I was in band and theatre and LOVED it. I even ate lunches in the band/theatre hall because I thought I was cool. Also, that's where all my friends were.

@Sammyfab: @mrskc: I know, I can hardly believe it myself sometimes! It was definitely a different life and I was a different person. I struggled a lot after my dad passed away when I was 16.
@mrskc: I'm continually amazed at how much we have in common. I was also involved in Colorguard (prior to my dark days haha)! We went all the way to Nationals in Dayton, Ohio for Winter Guard and placed 7th. We also got a chance to perform in London. It was an amazing experience!

I was a painfully shy, insecure, artsy jock/nerd. I ran track and cross country, and I finished high school early. My senior year I took all art classes and community college classes so that I'd go to college at the same time as my peers.
I didn't go to my high school reunion because I had no interest in reliving any of those years.

@Sammyfab: Same here!
Going to an all girls school, we didn't have a lot of the traditional stereotypes. Out of the 2100 girls, there were three main 'tiers' with a few outliers - the rich, super popular snobby girls, the total nerds, and everyone in between. I was in the in between group. I had friends in the snobby group and in the nerdy group, but my best friends were middle tier like me.
Bizarrely enough, our divides weren't based on intelligence, although we did have lots of tracking so you were in classes with a lot of the same girls every year, nor was it determined by activities, looks, or clothes (yay for uniforms!). It was mostly determined by who was a legacy (daughter, niece, or granddaughter of an alum) and whose families gave the most money to the school.
ETA: I voted nerd though because I was in the 'smart classes', band, and some nerdier clubs like Model UN and Mercy Corps (volunteering).

@Mrs. High Heels: no way! Wow, I'm so jealous you guys went to Nationals. Ok, what high school? We often went to competitions in So Cal. You can private wall me if you don't want to say here. We were never very good, but it was fun. And I did an independent team for 3 years out of high school.

Man I don't know lol.
I had a 4.0+ gpa but I didn't care enough about school to be a nerd. I was in the school plays but I didn't hang out with the "drama geeks." I dyed my hair pink and wore men's doc martins like the punk kids but I wasn't really THAT into punk music. For most of high school I had one boyfriend or another and spent almost all of my time with them and that was just fine with me... so I guess I never really needed or wanted a clique.
