Has anyone done it? Would you?
I'm considering it. I'm 24 weeks and have gained 19 lbs. so far. Not the worst, I know, but I gained 80 lbs. with my first pregnancy and I'm terrified of it happening again. Currently I'm gluten-free due to a sensitivity and I'm cutting out all refined sugar- down from the ice cream I've allowed myself on weekends and the BBQ sauce and other condiments that I've overlooked. But I feel so out of control and a little freaked out. At the same time, cutting out gluten and being low sugar has been hard enough (it's been almost a year) and the thought of having to make MORE dietary changes, especially when I don't live near a grocery store that offers much in the way of alternative ingredients, is so overwhelming it make me a little teary and panicky.
But I'm still considering- would you?
