LOL!! The responses are very funny too. Haha

My husband and I just read this and cracked up!

So I used to tell my single girlfriends a shorter version about why south asians make the best boyfriends (of course, my samply size is like, just my own husband and then a couple of guy friends I've had).

But the shorter version is (keeping in mind these are all stereotypes):

-highly educated
-family minded
-old fashioned in dating and yet, usually politically liberal
-not defined by the american boxes of "smart" OR "athletic", geek OR popular. They are comfortable being smart and athletic, or geeky and confident/popular
-more successful financially than the average american (that is an actual statistic)
-the clothes/fashion/jewelry. South Asian weddings are the best excuse to stock up on gold jewelry and pretty sarees and salwar kameez.
-And most important---has managed to make it to their 30's while remaining single and yet not having slept with dozens of dozens of girls in their 20's.

On a serious note, a lot of americans can be quite xenophobic at the end of the day, so if being with someone culturally different isn't scary, there are amazing untapped dating markets out there.

@beaker: haha...but doesn't it make you worry that our husbands will age so much better than us? I have tons of wrinkles rearing their ugly heads and my husband? Not a one. UGH.

@Anagram: lol, I already have that problem! We were high school sweethearts and everyone tells him he looks the same, and doesn't say anything about me... Oh well!

Too funny! And that body hair comparison gave me the chills. That's A LOT of body hair yo...

That #10 guy (sans hair) is hot!

So, I obviously dated the wrong Asian dude (only dated one seriously). The only thing that is right on this list for him was his stable career choice (IT/graphic design). Okay, number #12 was right, too
