DD is a terror! Standing on the second shelf of the tv stand, slapping people, putting her hands in the toilet, tantrums, not eating, and just not listening like she has before. I have never experienced the terrible twos before but this is what I had imagined. If its not it then, help me!
ETA oh yeah, LO is only 19.5 months.

Aww...I'm sorry! I do think the arrival of the baby plays a big part in her attention-seeking behaviour too. Hang in there mama!

@googly-eyes: @Sammyfab: yeah it could be! She has seemed to handle it really well though. Maybe she does feel the need to act up a bit (or a lot). Lets hope its a quick phase!

Sorry to hear you're dealing with that. DD's terrible 2's started at 13 months

I think I am in for a longggg ride...My son has been in meltdown/tantrum city and he is only 15 months.

Yup I'm there too at 20 months! I think the hitting is the worst. I've started time outs which help but it's such a challenge all day...
I'm also scared how he'll react to #2 due in 5 weeks.

I think my LO'S terrible twos started at 14 months. She does all of those things and it's getting way worse by the day!

This is my 21 month old exactly. It's been happening for awhile now and has gotten worse. I don't even know what to do with myself but cry sometimes. Ugh.

Yeah they started close to 18 months for us as well... Th e good news is that shortly after he turned 2 he got much better.
