Mine is awesome as she left work at 10am this morning to watch my son so I could get some sleep. He had me up most of the night last night. I got a couple good naps between nursing sessions and then she made me lunch.
Turns out DS has an ear infection and that is why we didn't sleep.

Aw, what an awesome mama!
My mom ALWAYS listens, no matter how crazy I think I'm being. Especially as I go through early pregnancy and wonder what every little pain and feeling means. She's the best

I get teary thinking about everything my mom had done for me since M was born. I can't even put it into words. I can't imagine how I would have done it without her. I feel so lucky to have her!

Saturday she came over a couple hours early to watch R whole I got things ready for a shower I was throwing. She then took care of her during the whole shower. Went outside to get her to take a nap, and held her whole she napped. I knew putting her on the crib wouldn't happen if she could hear everyone.
She always listens to me. Tells me when I need to go with my gut verses what the books say I need to do.

My mom is awesome because she listens to me, encourages me, and trusts me as a parent. We have gotten even closer since DS was born.

My mom is awesome bc my SIL, brother and niece are in Cancun this week but she stayed home to watch my nephew. And she watches him FT and does night wakings.

My mom took a new position at work to be available for watching the baby to give me a break one day during the workweek. Although she gets grandchild time so I'm sure she doesn't mind

Today we took my mom some flowers at work to say thank you for yesterday. She loved them and that she got to show off her grandson.

That's awesome!
My mom is great b/c she helps me stay ground & brings me "back to mind" when I start to waver in my faith about things. She's also an amazing grandma & I feel so blessed to have her in the kids life! They will definitely be better for it!
