@stiffaknee: How far post delivery are you? My feet were always 7.5-8 and I could barely get into my fake uggs after delivery, and they were a 9! It took three people to push my feet into them. My feet eventually shrank back down (they were bloated with fluids from the IV... I basically had it for 72 hours straight) but I am now an 8-8.5. I had to get rid of all my shoes except flip flops and uggs.

My ring size also went from a 5 to a 6.

As for the rest of my body... my bra size is the same, but my clothing sizes are definitely different. Everything went pretty much back to pre-baby except my waist measurement. Even with exercise and eating right, I had a ton of loose skin and will probably eventually need a mommy tuck. But that's way in the future. And I've always had a bit of a tummy and no defined waist, so it's not that bad since all my clothes pretty much covered that area anyway.

@stiffaknee: I'm currently lusting after Tory Burch flats myself but I'll have to wait at least another year before looking into them since I don't know what will happen to my feet during this pregnancy! But I did look into things such as shoe stretchers after my feet grew. They're like shoe trees but you can make them bigger to stretch the fabric out. None of my shoes were that great or expensive so I just ended up getting rid of everything. If I were you I'd try that!!! Then if your feet end up going back to normal, you can always use insoles to make them snugger again.

The answer to your question is maybe. The swelling will go down. The water retention will go away. Your feet may never go back to the same size but they will look totally normal again. I'm 6 months PP and while my fingers and feet didn't change size I still can't get my PP pants to fit correctly (I'll blame the C-section for that one) and I'm running now to make it back into that size. Everything else in my closet fits though.

I've been in that funk that you are currently in and I've had to learn that it takes patience to get back to where you want to be. Just don't give up. And I've had many people remind me that the weight may come off fast but to get the tone back into your middle/thigh area takes time.

My mom's feet grew with her first pregnancy then stayed the same for the next two. My SIL's feet grew half a size with each baby. For both, the swelling went down, but their feet never shrunk in size. I'm a little terrified of this because I have a lot of shoes, and I would rather not have to buy a whole new collection.

This scares me! I'm 33 weeks and my feet are still the same size. They better not grow on me because I am already a 10 1/2! I'd be screwed if they grew anymore.

I haven't given birth yet, but the only ones of my friends whose feet didn't go back to their normal, pre-pregnancy size were the ones who never lost their baby weight. My SIL finally got her old shoe size back after losing over 60 lbs doing Weight Watchers. Feet can get fat too.
I'm sure if your feet are only swollen due to water retention, you'll be back in those Tory Burch shoes in no time.
