LO is 7.5 months old and she still doesn't STTN. We sleep trained her a few months ago and she was doing awesome, sleeping almost 9 hours before waking up...and I thought we won the battle. Now, she is back to waking up every few hours again. I thought it was teething, but this has been going on over 6 weeks now. I never thought I would have the LO who was up a billion times a night. I guess I'm just looking for others to say this is normal...or maybe some tips?

My son didn't sttn until almost 11 months. And he still has his rough nights every once and a while. It finally took me really cracking down and sleep training to get him to do it, but he finally did. There's still hope for you!

olive didn't sttn til 13 months when i sleep trained. and even then she kept regressing every time she got sick. but she is quick to get back on track (5-10 minutes of crying) once she is better.
you could try sleep training again... they may take to it better when they're a little bit older!

It's totally normal for infants to wake through the night... even into toddlerhood for some! I promise she WILL get to where she sttn!
P started sttn on most nights on her own just after 11 months.. she regressed a bit during her WW but is back to sleeping well again.

My LO didn't sleep through the night until after he turned 1. Even now at 2 years old he wakes up about once in the middle of the night but easily goes back to sleep most of the time.

You might totally hate me, but my oldest didn't sleep through the night until she was 4! And not regularly until she was 5. But she did have sleep apnea (which was then undiagnosed), which I am sure contributed. But I promise that at some point things will sort themselves out. Not every child develops that pattern particularly early on. If she was doing really well, you probably don't even have too long to wait before she's doing really well again. Ellie was always a poor sleeper and never had a period of time when I would have said she was doing "well" in that particular area. Hang in there-- totally normal.

My LO is 11 months and has never STTN!

My LO STTN for the first time ever once we sleep trained at 11 months. It's not consistent but his sleep is so much better. Maybe think about sleep training again?

Thanks everyone that makes me feel better! I think some sleep training may be in order again.
