So I found this 2009 with all the accessories at a consignment shop in Miami. I know that 2009 or later has the ability to convert into a double stroller with the rumba seat, which is my entire goal....

Check albee baby. They often have new late model strollers for amazing prices.

I think it's a good price. I haven't looked around for the cost of used ones, but it seems to be a lot cheaper than brand new. I think the one we were given was a 2009 as well, and the UB website does sell replacement parts.
