Nah. DH isn't much for romance or Valentine's Day. Last year was our first married Valentine's Day and I thought for sure he'd buy me some and...nope. So I'm just accepting that's just him and that's a-ok!

I just pinky swore with my husband that we will ignore VD (as usual). He said we should have some wine and go to bed early. I will be 38w6d pregnant on VD so that sounds like a good idea to me!

I am obsessed with fresh cut flowers. DH never buys me them. Like maybe 5 times in 7 years. My sister on the other hand, her bf buys her flowers multiple times a month. So no, I will probably not get them on V day.

I love flowers and he often buys me flowers when we are at the grocery store But I specifically say no flowers on V-day bc they are so expensive.

And he also believes that buying roses is for sex -- either you want to have sex so you buy someone roses or you had sex with someone you weren't supposed to so are buying roses to apologize. Hahahah. He's a silly guy. Granted we have tons of rose bushes at our house so we have a constant stream all summer/fall of fresh cut roses.

He used to send me edible arrangements, but last year I wasn't working. I'm not sure if he'll start it up again.

DH is retired from gifting me flowers!

He probably would get me flowers if I wanted them, but I told him early on in our relationship that I'm not a flower person. I like chocolates instead I'll probably surprise him with some cupcakes.
