My son used to wear hats or glasses no problem but since about 12 months he pulls off everything. I got him to wear winter hats with a Velcro strap after fighting. He will wear glasses for a second then pulls them off and tries to break them. With summer coming and him getting stronger i wonder how i will get him to wear anything. How about your LO.?

DS does wear both glasses and hats with little problem. I'm always surprised when he keeps them on but I think he likes wearing them.

She wears hats occasionally, but never glasses. She's 20 months now, but stopped tolerating glasses around 1 year.

They are both off in seconds.

So far so good; we've been really strict about both since he was about 5 months. If we're outside and it's sunny, he has a hat and sunglasses on; if he takes them off, we put them back on. Repeat. 90% of the time he leaves them alone now.

She'll wear a hat in the pool, but otherwise it comes straight off. She used to be fine with hats - she wore them everyday one our walks - but once she started daycare she got out of the habit and now its impossible to keep them on her.
We've never been able to get sunglasses on her.

LO is obsessed with sunglasses and hats. She has quite a collection of each and LOVES to wear them!

DD has always loved wearing glasses. She loves hats too.
DS isn't a fan of either, but he's gonna have to get used to wearing them! -
My son will wear both with no problem.

I've never tried A with a pair of glasses but she has thankfully grown out of the no hat phase! Alexis wouldn't wear a hat last winter and I felt like the worst.mother.ever for allowing my wee babe outside in the cold without a hat!

She takes her sunglasses off as soon as I put them on. She is going to have to learn to like them since she likes being outside so much. She doesn't like hats either

She has gone through phases but right now she is in a "all the hats and glasses" phase.

We started with sunglasses at about 6 months since we were taking her for walks in the winter woods and the snow was blindingly bright. She was fine that winter (hands restrained in baby bag) but the following spring (12months) she would take them off constantly. We found that always modeling hat and sunglasses when we go outside helped a lot and by the fall we could barely pry her sunglasses off of her face.
Now at 2 she wears hat and sunglasses without a peep when we leave the house. In fact our biggest issue is that she wants to wear my hats. So we get some funny looks at the park when she is pretty much wearing an umbrella on her head... -
Not glasses but he is obsessed with his hats. Often he asks for a hat right after he wakes up. It's pretty funny.
