-I get home between 6:30 and 7 p.m.
-He should get home by 6, but is always late!
-He does pick-up and both of our nannies have complained about him being late all the time. Pick-up is at 6.
-DH is not that happy about it. Honestly, he is a teacher so should have no problem getting home on time but he stays after work to do meetings, grade, planning, so he ALWAYS leaves late and has a 45min-1hr commute.
-If I could change anything I'd be able to do pick-up, too. And this will actually change when I start my new job in a few weeks, I will go back to working 9-5 (was working 10-6) and I will be also be able to do pick-up, too. (I do drop-off).

I leave at 6:40 am with LO and usually get home with her at 4:15 pm. If we run errands it's 5 or later. LO and I commute together for 50 minutes each way (well, 50 min for her. More like an hour and five min for me with her pick up and drop off).
My husband leaves at 8 am and gets home at 7:30 or so each night.
I would change all kinds of things if I could, hehe. I wish I didn't commute with LO, I wish DH got home earlier. I wake up early with LO and DH doesn't get home till she's ready for bed so I solo parent every night basically and I never get 1 second outside the work day without her.

--I get home with LO between 4:45 and 5.
--DH gets home around the same time.
--I do pick up (DH does drop off).
--Yes, we're happy with it.
--I mean I wish I got off of work earlier but I'd have to reduce my hours and it's not worth the money we'd lose by doing that.

I do all drop offs and pick ups.
We leave at 715 and actually go in and drop off at 730 when they open.
I try to pick up by 5, but occasionally it's closer to 530, which means if I go straight home we get home at 6.
I wish my husband would do some drop offs or pick ups so I could get to work early or stay late, but it is what it is.

I drop off and pickup. I get off work at 4:30 and pick up LO and we are home by 4:45. DH doesn't get home until 8-10pm. Not happy with him working so late but nothing we can do about that!

I get home by 5:45pm after picking up DS at daycare. DH gets home at around 6:30. The arrangement has been working really well so far actually since I have to leave so early to catch a train in the morning and DH does dropoff.
I mean, if I could change anything I would make my commute shorter so I could spend more time with DH in the morning and pick up DS earlier, but this is the tradeoff I had to accept for a great career opportunity. For now it's working though!

I do drop off at 7:30 (when center opens) and get to work by 8.
DH goes in early at 7:30, so he gets off at 4:30, gets the kids and home by 5:15.
I get off at 5 (ish) and home by about 5:45. I wish I could have the early schedule but it doesn't work with coworkers.

I get home at 5pm.
DH gets home at 6pm.
I do drop offs and pick ups. Drop off DD at daycare a little before 7am, get to work at 7:30. Leave work around 4:20 and pick up DD before 5pm.
It works pretty well most of the time, I just can't run errands after work in town since I have to book it back to pick up DD. Fortunately our daycare is down the road from our house so at least that part is convenient. It would be nice if DH could do drop offs sometimes but he leaves before me in the mornings and daycare doesn't open that early.

If you could change anything, would you? I'm hoping to drop hours and get off at 3:00 when I go back from leave. Plenty of time to work out then go home and have a less hectic evening

What time does your spouse get home? It varies, but rarely earlier than 9.
Who does childcare pickup? Me
Are you / your spouse happy with this arrangement? Eh. I don't mind the pick-up, but we both wish he could be home earlier to spend more time with us. As it is, he usually only sees E for a few minutes in the morning.

We all commute together and do drop off and pick up together. We get home about six. I mean, I wish our days weren't so long (we leave the house at 7am) but otherwise it is manageable.

Are you / your spouse happy with this arrangement? Yes, but it would be better if we'd get home earlier. I find it a rush in the evening. But, to get home earlier, I'd have to get LO up earlier and she needs the sleep.

If you could change anything, would you? I would change dhs hours and commute! Being home by 5 would be amazing!!! Lo is usually in a bad mood by the time he gets here and it's dinner bath and bed for her. I think that's why she has a huge mommy preference.

I drop off at 8 am. Dh picks up at 5:45/6. Some days I do pick up but it's pretty rare. I am usually home between 6:15 and 6:45. This is working for us for now!

What time do you get home? 4 (I leave at 6:45 when Lo and DH are still sleeping)
What time does your spouse get home? 6 or 10. He has work dinners a couple of nights a week or is out of town a couple of nights.
Who does childcare pickup? We have a nanny. DH does morning and I do afternoon.
Are you / your spouse happy with this arrangement? Yes very. It'll be very different next year when we don't have a nanny anymore, but he will still do morning and I will do afternoon.
If you could change anything, would you? I'd like to have an extra hour before needing to be home a couple of days a week so I could exercise, but otherwise I'm happy.
