I feel like I can either take care of myself mentally, take care of myself physically, or take care of my house, but I can not seem to find a way to consistently do all three.

DH and I both work full time, we are out of the house at 6:30am and get back at 5:30pm. From 5:30 until the kids' bedtime we try to be really present and just play with them (plus eat dinner / do baths), since we see them so few hours a day.

They're asleep by 8, which gives me exactly 2 hours to try to fit in: getting stuff ready for the next day, working out, showering, having some me time, and cleaning my house. I just can't fit it all in and feel like I am drowning a bit because of it!

What are your tips / how do you stay afloat?
