If you have 2 kids - how long does it take you to get both of them up and out the door?
And if you feed them breakfast at home - how long does that usually take?
And do you usually have to wake them up or do they wake up on their own?

1.5 hour but i usually take my time so it could be faster than that. i usually wake up at 630 to feed and change the baby and pump. then my toddler is usually awake by 7 so i go in and change her (and let her read some books), then feed her breakfast and usually out the door around 8 ish. it takes about 20 min to feed her depending on how distracted she is. and i don't wake her up unless it gets past 730 but thats really rare. usually shes rolling around in her bed by 7. if i was in a rush or if my daughter woke up late then i can usually cut it to 30 min getting her ready & eating and the 30 min for my infant.

Our morning routine if all goes right :
6am-my alarm goes off, I hit snooze a couple times: I get ready for work: makeup, hair outfit.
6:30am-I cook some variation of breakfast for the toddler while my husband wakes him up and I pack the baby's bottles.
6:40am-wake up the baby and breastfeed
6:50am-my husband gets the toddler dressed, while I dress the baby
7am-out the door- I take both kids to daycare by myself.
Most of the time I am so exhausted that we sleep in a little but we can still get out the door in under an hour. I try to pick out/layout everyone's clothes the night before as well as fill the baby bottles and have pump parts ready to go.
