Does anyone have it or know someone close who has had it? I was diagnosed with it last year when I was 36 weeks pregnant. I had the symptoms pretty bad during the end of my pregnancy but the doctor's were confident my symptoms would go away after I gave birth.

They did, for a while, but I've been noticing more episodes of the tachycardia and the shortness of breath over the last couple months. I would really love to start working out but I find that every time I try, my heart-rate skyrockets. Last time (a couple days ago) I had pain in my chest, so I stopped.

So, I finally made an appointment with my doctor. I go in on Tuesday. I just wasn't sure what my options were regarding this and wanted to see if anyone had some experience with it.
