So I haven't been very diligent about working out during pregnancy.
I worked out in the yard a lot and did 'walks' around the mall sometimes, but nothing regimented...
My back pain has been amping up so I decided to start doing small exercises to build up strength and stamina. Did a 20 min 3rd trim workout video.... just enough to get my heartrate going and break out a teeny tiny sweat
Going to finish the rest of the video tonight when DH is working out. WOOT!
