I have never been one to workout, but for some odd reason, at 29 wks pregnant, I am having the urge to workout!
What do you do to workout while pregnant, and also not pregnant? And am I the only person who doesn't work out, ever?!

I usually don't work out any more than once a week, but my goal is to get up to 3 times a week. It's really difficult because I work full time and like to cook dinner after work but not eat at 9pm, so that means it has to happen in the morning, which is the most awful thing I can imagine, lol!

I worked out frequently before getting pregnant - mostly running and Jillian Michael's workouts. I jogged through my first trimester but ditched the Jillian Michael's workouts and also mixed in some elliptical. Now, at 17 weeks, I pretty much exclusively do the elliptical and do some weights. I try to work out 4-5 days a week. My work outs feel pretty lame in comparison to what they used to be, but I feel good getting exercise!

@Modern Daisy: Yeah, morning workouts don't work for me at all! I can't get myself out of bed!!!!!

I had just gotten in the habit of working out 3-4 days a week prior to getting pregnant. I think I worked out twice in my first trimester and now I work out at least once a week, sometimes twice--but I'd like to up it to 4 times a week. I'm doing yoga now, but I love Physique 57 (it's a ballet barre total body workout).
@Modern Daisy: I had the same problem. I tried the morning workout and it doesn't work for a non-morning person. I got in the habit of working out around 10:30/11 p.m. and that's what worked for me.

I never work out. When I was preggo I did a lot of swimming and water Zumba....but it was summer. I also tried to walk a lot.

I just got the Your Shape 2012 for the Xbox and I have started doing that and I love it so far! I liked the Wii fit plus so much better but we don't have one anymore

While pregnant I did walking, the elliptical, and yoga.
When not pregnant, I'll do walking, Zumba, Bar Method, and Cardio Kickboxing. I love working out!

Before I got pregnant I was a runner.
When I was pregnant I was a walker.
Now, I don't really do anything. I did Insanity and Jillian's 30 day Shred. Lost about 7 pounds doing it.

I worked out regularly pre pregnancy by using different machines at the gym and workout DVDs.
I also worked out regularly in my 1st and 2nd trimester but I have been really lagging lately in my 3rd tri! I still exercise (elliptical, walks with my dog) but much less!
