I worked out a ton last year, and didn't really feel any of the usual positive benefits from the workout itself. I didn't get an endorphins hit... didn't get a post workout glow... in general, working out just made me feel a lot more tired. And hungrier too!

Sometimes I wonder if I'm working out wrong. I love the results, but the workout itself never feels that good - either during, or afterward! Anyone else ever workout and not feel any of the benefits that people are always talking about?
