Hi Bees! So, before getting that BFP, I was very good about going to the gym, and even getting up early and doing ab work several days a week. Since morning sickness and exhaustion hit, I've been terrible! I currently only go about 3 days a week now, and only walk. So, my question is this...what level / how much working out is enough? Anyone find yourself regretting how much/ how little you exercised? I'm curious to hear other peoples opinions!
