Can you share your schedule with me? I'd love to know how you do it. Please include time you wake up, go to bed and if you do daycare pickup or drop off.
I just don't know where I would fit it in with this schedule:
5:30: Wake-up and get ready
6:00: Get toddler up and ready
6:40: Out the door
7:00: Daycare drop off
7:30: Arrive at work
1/2 hour lunch
4:00: Leave work
4:30: Daycare pick up
4:45: Arrive home
5:30: Eat dinner
6:30: Toddler bedtime
6:30-7:30 House clean-up time
7:30: Relax.
9:00: In bed, asleep by 9:30 at the very latest.
(stinko alert lol). Luckily I don't sweat very much so just toweling off works for after a workout. The classes are all 45 minutes, so I could have time for a super quick shower if I wanted (my workplace is also very flexible so if I stayed longer at the gym, I could just stay longer in the evening).
